Columnist: A New York Oracle Journalist Gone Rogue

A journalist for a news publication that uses precognition to report on future events.
He was an avid reader of the New York Oracle and aspired to be one. Big mistake, since they treat their oracles horribly, like tools, and not people. There's been reports to OSIC but no action has been taken. He joins the Ritual to seek the help of the Patron in order to shut down the whole operation and save his colleagues.

Columnist is a macro-information-type, team-communications-type hero, using a collection of All-Seeing Eyes to keep tabs on everyone and everything going on in the ritual. Whoever unwittingly steps into his line(s) of sight will have a hard time coming out alive.

His gun is a polaroid camera that deals damage via its flash. Instead of firing bullets it deals hitscan damage in a cone in front of him. No headshots.

Ability 1: News Flash
Attaches a higher quality lens to your weapon to take a clearer shot, dealing a burst of spirit damage and reduces enemy weapon accuracy. (I'm imagining the animation for the windup being like Venator's ult where he takes out the thing and then puts it away after)

Ability 2: All-Seeing Eye
Has charges
Channel to unlock the mouse (like Mirage's ultimate) to place a destructible object within a large radius of yourself by clicking on the minimap. Alt-cast to instead throw it out like a grenade (ex: vortex web). I imagine it looks similar to a Ward from Smite
Enemy heroes in its radius are slowed, periodically damaged, and revealed on the minimap and through walls for a duration unless they destroy it within a few seconds. The detection radius and eye itself is visible on the map for teammates (like doors).
The Columnist automatically says "I see [X Hero]" when they're revealed, and revealed players are alerted of this with a sound effect + their hero's "Careful" voiceline (i.e "They're going to jump me out here")

Ability 3: Bullet Time
Teleport forward, dealing spirit damage in the area of the destination. Gain a large amount of bullet evasion, movespeed, and debuff resist, decaying quickly over a few seconds.

Ability 4: Extrasensory Perception
Passive: Columnist will periodically call out how many enemy heroes are present in the lane he's in ("Four on Green"). The passive has an internal hidden cooldown of 40 seconds which is unaffected by CDR (so that it doesn't get annoying)
What lane he's in is defined the same way as the "Help" voiceline considers it.
Active: Channel to place indestructible All-Seeing Eyes on top of all heroes in a large area, which will follow them around for a short duration before becoming immobile and destructible again. The 2nd or 3rd ability point upgrade raises the radius to be map-wide.
