Fishjump Active member Yesterday at 3:42 PM #1 Mystic Reverb won't activate if it kills the lowest HP target in an AoE. Mystic Reverb normally seeks out and applies to the lowest HP target for AoE spells, but if it dies it won't apply to any other remaining targets.
