Despite there being no mention of it on the item description, the melee damage part of abilities does not activate Mystic Reverb.
Slam Fire activates it, Go For The Throat doesn't.
The melee part of Boot Kick doesn't activate it but the mark proc does. Mauling Leaps melee damage doesn't activate it while the DoT does.
It took me a little bit to figure out it was specifically the melee damage that doesn't activate the item.
It's really confusing and counter intuitive even as someone who's played the game for a while now. Please consider changing the item description to include a mention of melee damage not activating it or change the item to work with melee damage abilities.
