Mystic reverb - Lighting scroll does not work with pocket ult

As the title says, you can put those two or buy those two items, but their effects do not work with the ult, even though you can put it on the ult as well. Might as well restrict them away from the ult or add some sort of initial burst damage to the ult, similar to satchel usage

Affliction specifies in its description that it does not proc Items; however, I do agree they should grey out lightning scroll on him. As for MR There are actually a few examples of abilities that let you imbue it on despite not working: Viscous 3, Calico 2, Mirage 1, and Lady Geist 4.
