Mystic Reverb doesn't apply proc on kill

Unsure if intentional or not, but Reverb will not proc if you kill the target with the same skill you used to proc reverb. Would be neat if it instantly procced when the target died.

Unsure if intentional or not, but Reverb will not proc if you kill the target with the same skill you used to proc reverb. Would be neat if it instantly procced when the target died.

To add to this, if you use Mystic Reverb on Bebop's sticky bomb, the target for Reverb will be a random(?) hero around the stuck target, instead of the target itself. If the chosen hero dies, then Reverb will also not proc. It should be on the main target imo
