Mystic expansion should imbue silvers wolf form abilities

Silver can benefit from ability ranges, but can't imbue mystic expansion to increase her wolf form 1st

Also think this should change because it makes imbues 1/2 as useful for her as other characters.

Experienced with Mystic Reverb not applying to her wolf form's 1 because I had it imbued on her human form 1.
