Items that are imbued onto a certain ability do not have an effect with Sinclair's Ult. This includes Mystic Expansion, Compress Cooldown, and Duration Extender, Mystic Reverb, among others. The upgrades forms of these items DO work, however. My best guess is that that the imbues are effects Sinclair's Ult itself, but when the Ult is copied, the new Ult overrides his Ult, removing the imbues. This can be directly observed by having the imbue items, copying an Ult, then hovering over the copied Ult and observing that it is not imbued.
