Mystic burst seems to proc off item effects while improved burst seems not to. Not sure which is intended but I assume the interaction should be the same considering the text is same and one is just upgraded form of the other

I noticed that Mystic Burst procs only on the first hit of the Cold Front active item, but Improved Burst procs for all the hits even though their text seems the same
