My whole PC crash and give me a black screen and forced to restart PC

I have 208 hours on the game until now this issue happened to me 3 times only with Deadlock my PC just completely shut down and give me a black screen

1st time it happened was during a match end screen
2nd time was during the middle of a match
3rd time was while starting up Deadlock the moment the Valve logo showed up

My PC specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660

Windows 11

16 GB
