MVP screen does not show hero model

Same here. I'm using 16:10. It does fix when I change it to 16:9 however it just feels good to play in 16:10.

Scouring citadel_db_post_game_progress_mvp.vcss_c, I found that currently the portraits have hardcoded pixel widths that only support 16:9 screens. So this here is a potential fix. Tweak MVPHeroContainer & MVPDetails to be a percentage-based instead of hardcoding the pixel widths.
