Recently in the spawn room I was grouping with my friends. The queue was cancelled by a group member, and the popup letting me know came up onscreen. But I could not move my mouse beyond a small rectangle in the top left corner. I could not click OK to remove the message or do anything else; I had to tab out of the game and relaunch it.
The rectangle in the top left looked to be less than 400 pixels wide, since I was playing on 2160x1440 and it was less than a fifth of the screen in width (more like a tenth or less if I had to guess). It was even narrower in height.
I have not had this reoccur. I may have been doing another action while the popup happened, but I can't remember now unfortunately. I know I was near the 'search for game' area/staircase. I may have been editing a build.
