Mouse buttons are unable to bind to quick upgrade

My friend was using MB5 (side mouse button) + 1,2,3,4 for quickly upgrading abilities and in the newest patch this no longer works. It just rebinds the ability key and doesn't recognize the modifier button being used if it is on the mouse. He is so used to upgrading this way he refuses to play until it's fixed, please look at this one asap tytyty

I am updating this thread to note another mouse hotkey bug, when changing the scoreboard hotkey to MB5 it changes behavior to be toggle instead of holding the button to keep the scoreboard active.
