Mouse Buttons 4/5 Behavior Change (now negative edge)

Inputs bound to Mouse 4 & 5 appear to trigger on the negative edge (on button release) where they used to trigger when the button was pressed. This prevents the keys for being used for inputs that need held like crouch and forces items and abilities to work like Quick Cast. I haven't played for a couple months so this might have happened in an older patch.
