More items around parries?

so why is there only 2 items that work arround parries. could we get some more of them? the boy bruiser type characters are getting annoying for me. and i would think making more items to punish the melee characters getting parried would be a way to reign them in.
Item 1: tier 4 spirit item that upon a successful parry sets all of the abilites of the victim of the parry to be on a 3 or 4 second cooldown.
Item 2: tier 2 or 3 health item, upgrade to rebuttal same effects as rebuttal but makes the stun last a little longer.
Item 3: tier 2 or 3 upon a successful parry against a player or ability(viscous fist), your gun is full reloaded.

There's only two parry items because the ones that exist are some of the strongest single items in the game. There's also not very much room in the base parry mechanic for a whole parry item ecosystem. Basic parry is just that strong.

Rebuttal is balanced around having no upgrade path. Giving it one would make an already strong item genuinely broken.

Perhaps a knockback? I feel that an item that gives a speed boost/knockback/shield would work well. I'm aware that counterspell has a speed buff, but a item that focuses on CC would be quite nice. More of a "get away", instead of a "counter"
