Monstrous Transformation and Leaping Blow, potential Shiv ult rework.

Killing Blow replaced with **Monstrous Transformation**.

Damaging enemy heroes fills your rage meter. When the rage meter is full, activate Monstrous Transformation to become monstrous. While monstrous gain bonus damage, debuff resistance(or some other defensive/mobility buff?), and special properties on your other abilities.

Being monstrous also replaces your ultimate with Leaping Blow, which allows Shiv to leap at a target to deal melee damage. Does not recharge on its own and instead recharges when Shiv kills an enemy.

Rage drains exponentially while monstrous and running out of rage ends the transformation. Rage can still be generated while monstrous to extend its duration. Rage will also drain passively after not damaging enemies for 12 seconds.

No idea about cooldown or rage drain rate, could potentially have a low cooldown in exchange for needing to be charged during a fight?

The idea of Shiv's scrapped transformation ult has always struck me as much more interesting and cohesive to his identity than killing blow, which has always been the least engaging aspect of his kit to both use and fight.

Additionally, rage has always had the problem of being a significant power spike while not being easily identified or tracked by his opponents which this would solve by removing the passive buffs and assigning them to an obvious transformation.

Leaping Blow is my attempt at keeping only the fun parts of Killing Blow while removing the frustrating execution aspect by relegating it to a gap close that punishes you for failing to kill your target after being used.

The base values of his kit would of course need to be tweaked across the board to accommodate for this making it closer to a full rework but I think it would be super cool mechanically and thematically and would give him a stronger identity overall (I love Shiv!!!).
