really really large modifiers are stuff that probably should be avoided, stuff like "+50% Spirit Damage", "+135% Healing Effectiveness", ect are really scarily large numbers even if they have downsides

i do agree, the numbers are mostly really big just cause he intends them to be pretty broken and almost exclusively t4 items, in the actual game most of these id tune down a decent amount
