Mo & Krill can no longer quickcast targeted items while burrowed.

Nothing happens when you try to quickcast items while burrowed. Confirmed in sandbox as well. This was working fine before the Oct 10 patch.

Alchemist Fire and Target Items like Slowing Hex, Curse, Phantom Strike do not work while in the Burrowed State if you have "QuickCast"

Yeah Quick Cast is overall very weird implementation, change to Instant Cast (which was Quick Cast before patch) and you will be able to do so while you will get instant highlights on everything targetable but you won't be able to precisely aim grenades.
