Winter souvenir disappeared for some strange reason, not too important but just something to be aware of.

Yes I had it day of the update but its gone now for some reason

there is a Showscase button and it should show the winter souvenir there.



not sure if the winter globe only appers if you participated atleast in one event skin. But you guys might check if there is any characters with winter skin in this tab

Yea I defiantly participated but i don't remember if I got the skin, I was kind of a bot around winter time last year.

i think the condition of the winter souvenir globe is probably getting +1 skins from winter maybe

also i read that some players were getting the globe despite NOT playing the game in 2024/jan25, which it was a bug then

I participated during the event as well but I’m not sure if I unlocked a skin. What is the actual condition to unlocking the globe? Playing during the event or unlocking a skin?

I participated and got the bebop skin. The globe was showing up on the day of patch release for sure as I saw it there before on the forums. But now I can't see it any more.

Same thing happened to me, I played several games in December and had the snowglobe on day 1 until the patch. I think the condition is that you needed to unlock a skin which I didn't do.

My bad, just check my alternate account to play with friend today and the winter souvenir and showcase was there. Probably, I got souvenir only only with alternate.

I played during the event but the conditions were to hard for me to get a skin but i got the globe but it also got removed now, and most of my match history is gone, apart from last few months where i barely played

you should check the showscase in your profile. check if there is any skin of any character in that tab.
