Missing textures on part of the screen

The game is only loading all correct textures in the top left corner. After certain amount of resolution it cuts off and stop loading some textures. If I change to a lower resolution it will load them all.

I use standard 1920x1080 144hz

Started happening with the big update today

Maybe it is a texture collision?
