Missing Textures and Map texture issues

So since the newest patch there some small missing black texture and on the hidden king side the texture near the spawn are floating

when illuminating them with Celeste's "inspection wand", they appear (at least mostly) normal. Seems like they aren't actually missing textures, but instead that light sources aren't hitting them as expected. Most apparent with these leaves:
Hopefully it's an easily-fixed global issue, as there's a ton more that I'm sure I am missing...
