Missing Map Textures

The maps in the main menu and bot games (I have not tried normal games) do not have any textures. The characters/character select work as intended.
I am using the Direct x11 encoder as my graphic card only supports it.

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 780 Ti
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 11
