The scarabs UI does not account for duration when showing max health steal. If I buy superior duration, the ability gets an additional tick of health steal (e.g. the UI shows 64 damage with 1.0 spirit scaling which would be true for 5 ticks of the drain but it gets a 6th tick to bring it to 77 damage).
