Mirage scarabs bug ?

Hello,

If I spam Fire Scarabs (as you can see in the video if you're looking at the keybind for the spell at the bottom), nothing happens.

Also if I try using the no cooldowns tool, the scarabs still have full cooldown, unless I use the tool before using Fire Scarabs. (this part was tested by a friend and the same happened for him : you have to use the no cooldowns tool before using Fire Scarabs or you will get full cooldown)
The same happens in an actual game.

I tried it with and without addons, same issue.

It took me longer than it should but after a good night's sleep, I figured out that having "cancel abilities with ability key" causes this.
I'm guessing this is probably a non intended interaction ?
