Mirage Fire Scarabs cooldown error

Steps to replicate:

1. Purchase items until cooldown of Fire Scarabs is less than launch window duration.
2. Cast Fire Scarabs.
3. Wait until Fire Scarabs duration runs out without using all charges.

Expected result: Fire Scarabs refreshes without a cooldown.
Actual Outcome: Fire Scarabs is placed on a second full cooldown if launch window ends after ability cooldown has refreshed.

This was previously an issue with Haze and Smoke Bomb, but it looks like the last patch fixed it.
