Minion gets trapped in Rem tunnel under blue lane and breaks lane AI

Bug: Minion gets teleported into Rem tunnel under blue lane, seemingly caused by Bebop uppercut splash damage. All AI on blue lane breaks trying to attack the underground minion, including Graves's Deadheads

Venator can currently do this trivially. You can also put enemy heroes there. Simply use shotgun from in the air.

Doorman can also do this, but it requires more work.

same thing happened in this game: 58026083
The game went on for 58 minutes because we couldn't push blue waves and thus, couldn't end. No matter how many fights we won (they respawned too quickly). Thus we eventually lost. Frustrating.
