Please check the minimap how it behaves when you ping the lanes and players. It creates random lines.

I mean it may be, but at those lines, those are erratic

yes that was someone trolling or having fun or not knowing that they were drawing on the map.

if you hold tab and left-click drag on the map, you can draw lines

first person to do so on your team gets the green line color. this is literally just a feature (e.g. draw a line for your team to follow as a group)
