Just a concept for a Hero I came up with which would add some fun abilities to the game.
A famous hypnotist called Mindbender!
Ability 1 : Hypnotise!
Mindbender hypnotises nearby enemies dealing damage and stunning them for 1 second (Maybe change stun to Walk towards Mindbender for 1s uncontrollably)

Damage: 80
Duration: 1s

3 +50 damage
5 +0,5s duration
Ability 2 : Selective Attention
Mindbender selects a target that takes increased damage from Mindbender and if Mindbender deals enough damage during the duration of Selective Attention the target also takes increased damage from all sources of damage, stacking with Mindbenders damage increase against the target.

Duration: 10s
Increased damage: 10%
1 +5s duration
3 +10% increased damage
5 Mindbender charms his target if enough damage has been dealt disabling all forms of damage from the target for 2s.
Ability 3 : Meditation
Mindbender enters a state of meditation restoring health, during this Mindbender can not use abilites or attack. Reduces damage taken by 40%.

Duration: 5s
Spirit resist: 40%
Bullet resist: 40%
1 -10s cooldown
3 +30% spirit and bullet resist
5 Mindbender also reduces his basic abilities cooldown during the mediation.
Ultimate ability : Re-collect
Mindbender rewinds the time! Recovers health, shields, basic ability cooldowns, item cooldowns(maybe) and places him back in time where he was 5 seconds ago.

Cast time: 1s
1 -30s cooldown
3 +20% spirit and bullet resist for 10s
5 Mindbender creates a circle in which all targets are transported back in time (5 seconds)!
