The video makes it look more like you are permanently affected by the silence from attempting to pickup urn. The silence and the purple aura both begin before mina uses her ult.

its a bug with the urn. If you are picking the urn but kelvin ults, you get permanently silenced until attempting to pick again to reset the state effect

Less than 100 hours in game but will take it into account, thank you, i tought i could secure the urn while in the dome but caught mina instead
