round 5 street brawl with lash. not having used ult, i respawn and ride the rail back to the fight. the second i am let off the rail, the ult has been put on a 20 second cooldown despite it being ready before. i press refresher to try and fix this issue on the fly. it resets my ult cooldown to its maximum 88 seconds.
