Per the title, Mina's rake seems to deal double damage to non-hero targets if the double damage would kill it. Otherwise, it deals normal damage.
I'm reporting this as a bug, because it seems unintended that she can instantly clear enemy T1 camps with no AP investment & extra spirit. Also there is no mention of this hidden execute mechanic in the abilities tooltip, or any wiki or ability descriptions I can find. So either the ability is bugged, or the tooltips / descriptions need updating as this is important to know & unintuitive.
