Mina's Nox Nostra is immune to descending/force grounding/grabbing ability and item effects.

If Mina is in her Nox Nostra ult, items like Phantom Strike or abilities such as Abrams Shoulder Charge, Seismic Impact or Lashes Ground Strike have no effect on Mina even when making direct contact, she simply does not descend or get shifted by them.

Also the impact zone area of effect remains permanently visible if you take control of other characters in the middle of the ult, as well as the zoomed out camera until you use the ultimate again.

basically the title,

When using phantom strike, Mina is not getting pulled to the ground.

Also vortex web does not affect Mina when she is in the air.
