Mina's 2 ability bugged interaction with Kinetic Carbine

If Mina is shot with Kinetic Carbine then uses her 2 ability, she only gets one use of her ability. I sadly didn't get the clip in time but it was found on Gido's 8/19/2025 stream at around 4:45:00.
