Mina sanguine retreat instant cast doesn't do anything/same as quick cast

When mina sanguine retreat is used, it only pops once you release the keybind. This would make sense if "quick cast" was selected, however it does this even with "instant cast"

EDIT: i have found that it only does this if alternate cast is on double tap which is annoying if you want items like healing rite to be double tap instead of tap and hold, however you can no longer only use one charge at a time if you set this option to "alternate cast button" as it will just spam the ability until its ran out

EDIT 2: it appears that if you do set it to tap and hold (the most responsive option) it still automatically uses a charge before it runs out, really confusing

pretty sure abilities that can be alt cast are mostly all bugged. same sort of thing was happening to me as bepop since latest update when using double tap alt cast. What is happening at least when using double tap alt cast is the game is not registering the input until AFTER the delay that is set by double tap alt cast window.
