When you buy healing Booster or its upgrade Healing Tempo, the 20 / 25% healing effectiveness does not affect Mina's Rake on-kill healing.
Reproduce:
Level rake to 2.
Walk up to small jungle creep.
Use rake to kill and heal off of it.
Buy Healing booster or Healing tempo
Use rake to kill again and heal, healing remains the same, should be 20 / 25% higher.
