I thought i was going crazy saying that MIna 2 didn't work with her ult anymore until a friend told me it works for them, thats when i discovered its quick cast specifically on Mina 2 that causes it to not work, if quick cast is enabled you need to precast 2 which is weird. I have clips attached that demonstrate teh issue, although this can be fixed by turning Mina 2 to default cast some people (like me) have turned quick cast for all heroes
