Mina love bites passive damage nor procing mystic regeneration

Mina lovebites pasive damage does not proc mystic regeneration, I guess this is intented as it would be too op, but wording on item makes it seems like it should

wording in Love Bites is bad, the only one it proc is Radiant Regeneration and its should be bug
