I think I died while in mina's 2 and once I respanwed my character model disappeared. I reconnected and the model appeared again, so I thought it would be fixed but it turned out the model was only visible to me and the enemies still couldn't see me.
I think only after using my 2 again a bit later in the game that the model reappeared for them.
