I just received a one day ban for the citadel crash bug. This problem has been happening for around 2ish weeks now, and it has gotten to the point where I just can't play the game. I have a 7900 XTX and 32 gigs of DDR5 ram. I have tried to mess with my memory, verify the files for deadlock, reinstall, and I still cannot find a solution.

This has been an issue for ages an idk why there's no said fix. I was looking around after my account got penalized tn for having the "validate files" issue and found this suggestion on Reddit for the same problem but in Dota 2. I'll probably be trying it myself tomorrow and can let you know if this issue is fixed but this is the first time I've seen someone claim to have solved the issue.
