Mic low volume bug

Find a bug were my team mates mic volume was really low. team mates mic volume slider in settings does not fix this. Master volume is the only setting that I can see changes the team mates mic volume.

Feels the same way to me a lot of the time. I've always figured that it's just others not setting their mic volume properly, but I guess it's not impossible there's something wrong with voice chat.

My friend and I tried changing all of his mic setting in game, in windows, in steam, and in his headset software and nothing changed the volume of his mic. The only thing I could find that changed his volume in game was the master volume. We tested this for about an hour. We also had 3 people testing this.
