Meme: Blood Tribute upgrade item into 'Armlet'

On activation provides bonus HP to let users Armlet Toggle. Deactivation, removes that bonus HP.

This HP can be reduced through heal Reduction like Heal Bane or Inhibitor or Crippling Headshot.

Also while active provides bonus melee damage, weapon damage, bonus spirit, bullet and spirit resist. Also reduces the active Healing reduction, but probably too strong.

Probably not something you want in the game but this thread is mostly for meme purposes.

The main purpose of this item would be another Melee item for melee users - intended to be like a Melee crit item while it is active.

Finally, I think there should be a Melee item that applies healing reduction if there isn't one directly already (Heal bane, I think requires you to go Spirit Strike inorder for it to apply? and it goes on cooldown)

Also I'm not sure why Victor's Rot kills him. I think I remember that it left him at 1 HP.

When I was testing him, Rot was killing the hero - I guess to trigger his ult? but I mean maybe Reincarnation should have a self-cast button like Wraith King now has. This could also help Sinclair trigger Reincarnation on demand too rather than running in like an idiot

Rot as in his 3rd Aura ability.
