I don't quite understand if this is a bug or not. Melee attack is weakened by bullet armor. At the same time, vampirism from bullets does not work from melee atack. If the melee attack is weakened by bullet armor, isn 't it logical that the bullet vampiric should also work . Another question is, if bullet-proof vampiric doesn't work for melee attacks, why does bullet-proof weakening work.

There are items that weaken the melee damage (titanic magazin ,restorative locket, bullet resist shredder )and they stack up with bullet armor making melee attacks pointless.
