Melee should apply build up on items based on a fixed amount separate from bullet build up - Billy needs to melee 20 times to apply toxic bullets lmao

Well, its 17 times, but odds are you're getting at least once parried and that toxic build up will start evaporating so 20 seems about right.

Because its based on your gun build up numbers, certain heroes can extremely easily inflict toxic bullets with melee while others struggle to do so. For the full list for anyone curious - https://deadlock.wiki/Toxic_Bullets#tabber-Default

I think a melee hit should count a fixed amount of build up for all characters, like around 25% to 34% per melee, and probably a higher % for heavy melees.
