melee charge doesnt always reload weapon when using heavy melee attacks as it should.

The melee charge item seems to be bugged. It doesn't always reload my weapon when using a heavy melee attack. sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt.

Just to make sure: Are you taking the cooldown of the item into account?
