Meet The Mailman, Scout-inspired, Doorman's Half-Brother

The Mailman is the spiritual successor to, and possibly the ancestor of, the Scout. Wielding a 6-shot Scattergun, an innate double jump, and a lot of movement speed, The Mailman is here to deliver defeat to his enemies so he can get his brother back.
Designed to be a skrimisher who can either lean into gun or into more of a support role. 4 stamina.

Lore: The Mailman is Doorman's host/body's half-brother. While he doesn't know exactly what's wrong with his brother, he knows that the thing in control of his body ain't him. He's participating in the ritual to get his body back, or at worst, stop The Doorman. Originally from Boston, kept the accent. Young, ~19yo. Respectfully infatuated with at least a couple ladies in the cast, including Paige. Has ran through turf wars between the Mendozas and Arroyos to get mail to people on time. May or may not have the ability to read letters telepathically. Real name would either be Jeremy (after Jerma985) or Nathan (after the voice of Scout).

Other Relations:
- Vyper tried to steal his deliveries once before he pulled his scattergun on her.
- Warden likes him and is somewhat baffled at his apparent talent battle.
- Ivy likes him and apologizes for the conflicts he has to run through, as she feels somewhat responsible.
- Delivers letters to just about everyone in the cast, may comment on something like a secret affair or love interest. Abrams probably has a secret romance going on.
- Tells Apollo and Graves they should stay in school.
- Loves Rem to death
- Scared of Silver (both because he is intimidated by her, maybe even in a romantic way, but also because he's a Mailman and afraid of dogs).

Weapon & Abilities:

Weapon: Scattergun
6 ammo, quick reload time. Similar to Shiv's shotgun but with a faster fire-rate, has a similar alt-fire with more knockback (like the Force of Nature from TF2). Innate Fleetfoot effect (shooting does not slow you down).

Ability 1: Return to Sender
Give yourself or an ally a stamp that returns 40% of the damage (as spirit damage, scaling with Mailman's spirit) they would take from attacks in the next 4 seconds.
T3: Stamped hero heals 1.2x the damage Return to Sender deals to an enemy.

Ability 2: Express Delivery
Gain bonus movement speed and sprint speed.
T3: If more than 20% of health is depleted during Express Delivery, gain a barrier of 600 (boon-scaling).

Ability 3: Special Soda
Dealing damage charges up "Special Soda", which he may drink to gain +60% bullet evasion and +200 barrier (boon-scaling) for 7 seconds. 48s cooldown, 10s duration.
T1: +50% stamina regeneration for the duration
T2: Also gains +3 weapon damage (boon-scaling) for duration on use.
T3: Enables Random-Crit-like mechanic. 8%-48% chance to do 2.5x damage per shot while under the effects of Special Soda, based on damage done to enemy players in the last 20 seconds.

Ability 4: Delivery
Mailman chooses an ally to put in a parcel. The ally is invulnerable for the duration of the ult (8s), as Mailman picks up the parcel and delivers it (runs). Mailman may throw this delivery at any time. 120s cooldown. Throwing parcel into enemies deals ~350 damage.

T1: Recharges Express Delivery on use.
T2: Cleanses all (ult included) debuffs on ally.
T3: Throwing the parcel into enemies now does 550 damage to enemies in an 8m radius, and grants your ally 3s of barrier equal to the damage enemies took from the thrown parcel.
