[Acquire] [Spend] [Collect]
“Money may make the world go round, but have you ever thought about who’s manning the wheel?”
Lore:
McGreen is a banker at Forever-A-Loan, a lavish banking chain. Should one take on a debt they can’t pay off, he's sent out to take the last thing you have to offer… your Life.
Most people in his position would ask the Patrons for infinite money. How short sighted. Asking for the ability to control the world’s economy in totality… now that’s a wish!
Weapon:
Kismet [Rapid-Fire] [Exhaustive]
McGreen’s weapon of choice is Kismet, a unique gun that fires very quickly, but winds down in Fire Rate over constant shooting. Letting up recovers the Fire Rate loss quickly.
Unique Attribute:
McGreen starts the fight with 0 Souls (as opposed to the normal 600).

Other important things to note:
As always, thank you for reading my post! I'm making a mini release of my own (with 6 characters) and I hope to be able to get them out at a reasonable pace.

Other important things to note:
- With his passive granting him increased Item Proc Chance, McGreen loves items like Armor Piercing Rounds, Capacitor, and (of course) Lucky Shot.
- Economic Distortion's 5 Upgrade increases both stat's Spirit Scaling (it looked bad to put that mush text in the box)
- Wish allows you to have 5 Active items at the same time! Neat!
- Using Wish on an Active item will follow that item's targeting rules. If you cancel it without a target, it won't use the cooldown or item selection.
- Economancy affects the Stat Investment Bonuses enemies have. The longer it afflicts them, the less bonuses they have. It also affects their item's sell rate if they sell it while the effect lingers. (The linger might be too long, but I think it's fine without testing it now)
