Upgrade 2, all is well, 42 DPS makes sense.
Upgrade 3 however, you can see that even though the fire rate of turrets has increased by 30%, the tooltip still shows a Turret DPS of 42. Testing it on Abrams, It's 12-13 dmg per bullet no matter what the upgrade, but the tooltip isn't showing dmg per bullet, it's per second. The Turret DPS number should go up by 30%.
