McGinnis t3 wall turrets are not affected by t3 turret duration upgrade

Thread title. 100% replicable. Upgrade both to t3 in the atrium, place a turret and make wall turrets. the turrets will fire at the same fire rate, but the wall turrets will disappear much earlier than the ability turret.

Interestingly, items that increase ability duration also extend the wall turret lifetime. With Superior Duration they last for a little over 10 seconds.
