McGinnis' Spectral Wall dropping many frames

For some reason McGinnis' wall started making my game drop a lot of frames these recent patches. Testing in the hideout my game is locked at 165 frames with 80% gpu usage, when using her wall the frames drop to around 110 and usage spikes to 100%. I used shadowplay's overlay to check the usage percentage but sadly they don't show in the recording.

Is someone else experiencing this?

Also have seen people complaining about Yamato's power slash so I also decided to test it and it does drop some frames for me, but not as much as McGinnis' wall.

I have a RTX 3060 paired with an i5 10400f and 16gb ram, if it matters.

Where can I do this? Is it in-game or through Steam's client?
I think you can either turn the shader cache off and restart, the renable it and restart again, or you can go to %appdata%\local\nvidia\DXcache\ and delete the stuff in there, deadlock's shader file should be ~260-270mb in size
