Mcginnis lingering heal never stops [WITH VIDEO]

As the title says, there is currently a massively gamebreaking bug with medicinal specter with the new lingering effect. When you leave the AOE around the last tic, the lingering heal lasts indefinitely or until you die. Video for demonstration.
