Inspired by "Geist ult works under afflicted", so I tried my best to test how every "maxhealth" related health regen things.
Numbers are index of videos
1,5. Siphon bullets enjoy health regen. Both steal and payback.
1. Billy 3 does not enjoy regen when max health boosted.
2. Mirage 1 enjoys regen.
3. Silver Lycan curst does not enjoy health regen.
4. Abrams 3 enjoys health increase.
6. M&K ult(kill increase 50 max health) does not enjoy health regen.
ALL above are increase max health, so I wonder why they work differently.
7. Lady Geist ult enjoys, because it is "SWAP HEALTH LEVELS", not regen. ofc it works.
